Description: The Mental Health and Wellness lesson will discuss how to recognize the symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety and address the stigma around mental health. It will also address the importance of seeking support and provide resources and tips on how to cultivate healthy coping mechanisms for your overall mental health and wellness.
